Bake like an American, Cookies 101

Kursbeschreibung

At American universities, first-year students can take introductory courses numbered 101. That's what we're going to do today. Our aim is to bake three types of American cookies: peanut butter, chocolate mint and oatmeal with cranberries and nuts. And all in English. In pairs or groups, we'll make batches with eggs and butter, as well as versions with vegan alternatives. Finally, we'll sit down for a hot drink and evalute our success.This course is for adults. Your instructor is American.
